Hello Trusty Backers and happy Monday!
If you look back at the Backerkit page, I had fulfillment listed to being on January 12, 2025. I am so thrilled that things are happening well ahead of my initial schedule!!!
I have a fair amount to share, so I broke it into sections.

STRAGGLERS 🙏
Once fulfillment finishes if you are one of the people listed below, I can not guarantee you will get everything you pledged for. Some items I ordered in very limited quantities. Check your spam folder for messages from backerkit. Make sure you are not one of these backers.

NON-US FULFILLMENT 📦
If you are outside of the US, packages are arriving at their final destinations!!! That's right, last week Zatu shipped all of those orders. You should receive an email from Zatu with tracking. If not, you can log into Backerkit and see that your order has shipped!
There are 2 backers who finished their shipping info after I sent the initial wave to Zatu. I will be doing another export to them on Friday. If you haven't filled out and paid for shipping yet do it now!

US FULFILLMENT 🚂
Last week the cargo vessel made it into LA. The next step was to get it out of the container it came in on and get it onto a train to head towards Atlanta. I'm still probably a couple of weeks out from having the books to be able to ship to you, but things are happening!
OUTSTANDING STRETCH GOALS 📣
We have a few stretch goals still in the works. Below is what still needs to be done.

Backertrain Adventure – I have not started on this, it will probably be closer to the original fulfillment timeline that I can send this out (January 2025).

DM Dave Adventure – I spoke with Dave at Gamehole Con. He has a few other obligations he is working on first, but it is in the project pipeline, it will probably be closer to the original fulfillment timeline that I can send this out (January 2025).

Kelly McLaughlin Adventure – I spoke with Kelly at Gamehole Con. He is wrapping up writing his KS project, but it is on the docket to be worked on, it will probably be closer to the original fulfillment timeline that I can send this out (January 2025).

Online Character Generator – I'm about to do some website revamping. This will be part of it. Not sure on the final timeline yet, but it has not been forgotten.
PLUNDERLUST ENDS FRIDAY
If you haven't jumped in on the
Plunderlust Kickstarter yet, it
closes out on Friday. Duncan and I are
expanding on the Space Raider factions in the
Vast Grimm: Space Raiders book introducing new locations, items, monsters, and NPCs that can easily be used with the RPG. Built as a card game, we've made sure that it
can be used in the RPG as well.
In the card examples below you can see HP, Armor, Weapons, and special abilities that all translated directly to the RPG stats.
I'd really love some help getting Plunderlust in front of more people,

Freight Update and more Grimm-ness!

Hello trusty legion!
I have received news from my logistics partner on all fronts!
US – I did not realize this, but they had put the books on a boat set for Los Angeles in preparation for the strike, but the boat that was supposed to leave before a holiday in China never left the port. It is now scheduled to leave today. The ETA of it arriving in LA is 10/23. My pallets will need to then come out of a container, get on a train to Atlanta, moved onto a truck, and shipped to my house. Rough timeline for that is mid-November. I am going to do everything I can to make sure all US orders are shipped as fast as possible so that I can confidently sell these new books at PAX Unplugged at the beginning of December.
EVERYWHERE ELSE – The books have arrived at Zatu in the UK! They are waiting on the patches (see below for fulfillment to begin)
WHAT ABOUT THE PATCHES? – The patches have been sitting in Alaska for over a week. I have been fighting with customs to get them through and delivered to me. I have never had this problem with patches before, and I've ordered a bunch. Once I have the patches, I will ship some over to the UK for fulfillment to everywhere outside of the US.

MORE GRIMM

Plunderlust, a card game set in the Grimm Dying Universe.
Not only is each deck based off of one of the Space Raider factions in my
Space Raiders book, but cards have stats that you can use in the TTRPG! See below with the HP, Armor, and Attack

Labor Strike causing unknown delays

Hello trusty backers,
You may have already seen this from other crowdfunding projects, or heard it on the news, but there is currently a strike going on along the eastern seaport of the US. That will have a direct impact on this project as it is set to dock in Savannah, Georgia. I am currently waiting to hear back from my logistics partner, but it could be a little while before we know when these books will make it to port. For more info on the strike,

I am hopeful they can come to an agreement quickly and things can get back on track.
Kelly and Dave are continuing to work on their adventures and I will be getting my bonus stretch goal content sent your way in November.

SURVEY SAYS
82% of you amazing backers have filled out your Surveys!!! But that still leaves
18% of you who
have not. Even if you pledged for the Digital Tribute tier, I still need you to fill it out so I can lock the order and mark it as complete.
There was some question about "
Choose Style for Expansion Book #X"
The way the books were built in the survey, Expansion Book was created as an item with 3 variations. Anyone who has more than one book coming has to go through the steps of selecting which books they want. As an example, you could order 2 copies of
Helltrap Barges if you wanted. If you want one of each, just make sure you select each one as you go through the steps.

LOCKING SURVEYS AND CHARGING CARDS
Printing is getting closer to the finish line and I will be locking orders this Friday, August 30 (evening) and charging cards. I need to lock orders so I can get a firm understanding of how many of each item need to come to me and to my fulfillment partner overseas.

With the addition of the TECH ability, I have uploaded new character sheets to the website. They have a folded Table Tent that can be applied so that when playing in person, all players can see the name of the character.

Quick Pledge Manager Update AU/NZ Important

Hello trusty backers!
It was brought to my attention that the Australia / New Zealand shipping was off. Because there are orders already associated with the shipping rates, I can not change them.
Instead, I have gone in and added a credit to make up for the discrepancy to backers who have already entered their info. If you live in that part of the world and have not filled out the pledge manager yet, please contact me here
